Personal Information Collection Statement
(Enrolment in Legal Workshops (Summer 2026))
Purposes of Collection. The personal data you provide in this Enrolment Form (including the student's name, age, school, curriculum, and the student's and/or parent's email and phone number) is collected by Alpha Academy Limited ("Alpha Academy") for the following purposes:

processing and confirming enrolment in the Legal Workshops (Summer 2026) and allocating the selected session (i.e., June / July / August) (the "Workshops");

communicating with the student and/or parent regarding enrolment, scheduling, session changes, cancellations, weather arrangements, payment, and other administrative matters relating to the Workshops;

preparing attendance records, issuing receipts, and maintaining student files; and
-
complying with our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations under Hong Kong law.
Transfer of Data. Your personal data will be kept confidential and will only be accessed by Alpha Academy's authorised staff, tutors, instructors, speakers or any persons necessary to carry out the legal workshops on a need-to-know basis for the purposes stated above. Your data will not be transferred to any other third party without your consent, save where required or permitted by law.
Withdrawal of Consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge, by writing to enquiry@alphaacademy.edu.hk.
Photographs and Recordings. Pursuant to Clause 13 of our Terms and Conditions, photographs, video or audio recordings may be taken during the Workshops for promotional, marketing and educational purposes. If you do not wish the enrollee's image or voice to be used, please notify us in writing at enquiry@alphaacademy.edu.hk before the Workshop commences.
Access and Correction. You have the right to request access to and correction of the personal data held by Alpha Academy. Requests should be addressed to enquiry@alphaacademy.edu.hk. A reasonable fee may be charged for complying with a data access request.
