Personal Information Collection Statement
Purposes of Collection. The personal data you provide in this enquiry form (including your name, email address, phone number, the nature of your enquiry and the contents of your message) is collected by Alpha Academy Limited ("Alpha Academy") for the following purposes:
responding to your enquiry regarding the "Decoding Law School Interviews" Open Seminar (May 2026), the Legal Workshops (Summer 2026) or such other matter as you have indicated;
providing you with information about the relevant programme, availability, fees and enrolment procedures;
following up on your enquiry and maintaining a record of correspondence; and
complying with our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations under Hong Kong law.
Transfer of Data. Your personal data will be kept confidential and will only be accessed by Alpha Academy's authorised staff, tutors, instructors, speakers or any persons necessary to respond to your enquiry on a need-to-know basis for the purposes stated above. Your data will not be transferred to any other third party without your consent, save where required or permitted by law.
Withdrawal of Consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge, by writing to enquiry@alphaacademy.edu.hk.
Access and Correction. You have the right to request access to and correction of the personal data held by Alpha Academy. Requests should be addressed to enquiry@alphaacademy.edu.hk. A reasonable fee may be charged for complying with a data access request.
Use for Direct Marketing. Alpha Academy may wish to use your name, email address and phone number to inform you of future workshops, seminars, courses and other services offered by Alpha Academy. We will use your data for direct marketing unless you object to such use.
