Young Learner Programmes

We believe that regular attendance in Group Classes is paramount for the continuity of studies, and our desire for all students to progress. Please note that to encourage full attendance, no make-up classes are offered for student who cancel, irrespective of the reason, and no refund, or transfer of fees will be considered. Therefore, we ask parents to check that their schedules prior to enrollment. Refunds will only be issued if a programme does not commence.

3. Attendance

Regular attendance is paramount to the continuity of studies and our desire for all students to progress. We reserve the right to cancel a student’s schedule if they prove unable to maintain regular weekly attendance. For students in group classes who regularly miss their lesson, they may be asked to attend additional private lessons to keep up with progress and allow the group to benefit from their attendance. Students who need to cancel private sessions for more than two successive weeks will need to rearrange a new schedule on their return, and while we will do our best to find a suitable time, we cannot guarantee availability.

4. Enforced Cancellations

All sessions are automatically cancelled when Typhoon signal number 8 (or higher) or Black Storm Warnings are in force. Classes will resume upon the lowering of signals. There will be no change to our services during Amber Storm Warnings & Typhoon signal number 1. Cancellations during this time will be charged. We will continue to operate our services during Red Storm Warnings. Clients should contact us to inform us if they will not be attending scheduled sessions, otherwise sessions will be charged for as normal.

Classes will also be cancelled in keeping with any relevant advice from the Department of Health.

We apologize in advance for being unable to reschedule sessions or offer refunds for our summer programmes and schedules for holiday periods where block bookings are made.

We do not operate on public holidays.
